Essence Session

We’ve all heard the nightmare stories of someone getting a “deal” on senior pictures and then the images (and the experience) was a trainwreck.  Don’t take the risk.  Avoid the headaches and check all of the necessary boxes right off the bat:

  • Multiple locations
  • 2 hour session
  • 4-8 outfit changes
  • Professional hair & makeup
  • Submission of your favorite image to your high school yearbook

You get what you pay for. So, for those of you who want to get your senior pictures done GREAT and have a worry-free experience (um…who wouldn’t want that?!?), the Essence Session will be an answer to prayer (for both both mom AND senior).  Book now!

"Get Clicking Outdoors" – Our Newest DSLR Workshop

If you have a DSLR that you have been longing to put to better use, then you will definitely want to join me (Shadowlands Photography Owner/Photographer Lesa D. Van Meter) for my newest DSLR photography workshop “Get Clicking Outdoors”.  Classes will be held outdoors at different locations every Thursday night in September from 6-7:30pm.

I have been a professional photographer for over ten years and am passionate about teaching fellow photography lovers and hobbyists to “get out of auto” and to “get it right in the camera” instead of being reliant upon post-processing software to create amazing images.

During the workshop, students will have hands-on experiences to gain knowledge of Camera Modes, ISO, F-stop/Aperture, White Balance, Shutter Speed, Natural Lighting, Lenses and more.  My curriculum for “Get Clicking Outdoors” is a result of fine tuning photography topics I have taught in years prior.  It’s exciting, it’s hands-on, and it meets the needs of DSLR users who are not yet using their equipment to its full potential!

Pre-registration and the $99 workshop fee are due by Wednesday, September 4, 2013.  In order to maintain an intimate Q&A environment, SPACES ARE LIMITED.
